It’s probably going to be easier to avoid triggers if your not getting a string of emails or IMs from past hook-ups looking for another roll in the hay. Some guys have tried changing their online profiles to include some mention of their new “no PNP” or “no meth” status while others of us straight up deleted the entire profile then ended our internet and phone line accounts. At the same time we deleted, with a wistful sigh, our entire collection of porn images from the hard drive. All that porn’s still out there, for sure, but for now we don’t need it to remind us of cracking on since that’s what we were doing when we amassed the collection in the first place.
